Erin Renee of The Real Witches!
The Craft, Psychic Readings, Shamanic Messages and Earth Changes. Welcome All!

From the desk of Psychic Erin Renee: I put this in so the search engines will find me!

Hey All.. SO here is the deal. I am going to be thinner annd more in control of myself and if you feel like it, you can read aong with me, as I tell my tales of the adventure, and how I felt the whole time.

Today is March 18th, 2010. I am going to keep all of this going for 3 months. So by June 18th, 2010, I will be to the weight I want and I will be happy. I am not going to get on a scale EVER. I am going to go by FEEL. How do I fit in my old clothes and if I can get into my size 8 Jeans by June, I will have done my job, and I will be feeling a lot better.

Another thing I wanted to address is for the need of people like me to EAT! You see, a psychic uses some kind of gland extra in thier body and when they get done working Psychic Faires, many of them often end up at a buffet to cram food into a depleted body. The problem with this, is that your body essesnce isn't as depleted as the energy source is depleted in you.. It's like having 10 Psychic Vampires hit you all at once! So what do we do? We EAT, because we are perceiving that we need to replenish what has been taken out.. But really, we need to ground out, or just go for a walk. I often would crash into bed after an event.. thats healthier that eating like a mad woman.

My first big weightloss was when I used to work for a company as a receptionist. About the time I was divorcing my ex husband, I had decided to have a NEW me. I sat at a desk all day, I drove 35 minutes to and from my home so there was no time for exercising. When I was doing this, I moved back into town with my kids and began going to the schools and walking the tracks, or walking on my lunch break.

You see during that time, I was VERY depressed, because of yet again, another false start in a relationship.. I felt like a loser, so I kept controlling my body, losing the weight. This is also when I decided to begin going serious with my psychic business, so I was losing weight, getting control, I met Ray at this time and we moved into a new house, and I stayed thinner, till I got pregnant with Ember. Who is NOW 2.

It's time people! When I met Ray I was wearing an 8/9 in pants. I was pretty svelt. I had a nice 2003 Hyundai Tiburon, Not turbo.. but it did have the 6 cylinder engine.. it was a Lead sled. I dressed sexy, I looked sexy and I had power. I was in a dead end job, but becoming professional with the Readings, and going to see people at the local coffee shop for consultations.

Now.. this is where I am.. I am a siz 12 for sure. My arms are fatter, my belly is jiggly, My face feels bigger, clothes are tighter! I am in shape enough, to where I can hike, I can clean a who barn of horse crap out in one hour. Ember and I take walks daily for the most part.. I mean, I am no slump.. but, I need to feel better.. and I need to stop this train or I am gonna just keep getting bigger and bigger.
I still have power! Possibly MORE of it.. but I need to be happy with my body to make the package complete.

I AM a professional Psychic, but I only have to leave the house now to take Ember to the playground, go to foot ball practice for my son, clean out stalls at the barn and go grocery shopping, I do not dress sexy. I drive a Saturn wagon with a plastic skin, that won't hold my advertising magnets. I do occasional in person readings.. so I can dress then.. but let me tell, you. When you put your clothes on and nothing FITS right.. it's time to make a change.

So you see, I lost weight not really exercising at my job before, that means I can do it here as well. I mean, it's time to FLUSH the salt out, melt the fat off, and feel good again!

Here is how it started before:

I began to systematically lose weight. It started with the poor girl diet... hard boiled eggs, herbal tea with Splenda only, Some Italian dinners with fresh tomatoes, some pasta and mozzerella, and lots of olive oil.

But this is only once in a while. I bought chicken sanwiches (grilled) at McD's when I took the kids and no french fries. I like diet soda, but did not swill it like I can nowadays. Fruits like apples and oranges. Some very dark chocolate every once in a while and one glass of redwine at night, with a very very small dinner.

When my stomach groweled, I ignored it and only ate at meal times, I ate an egg and had an orange for breakfast. I occassionally had a salad with light vinegrette dressings, and used sparingly! Dinner, might be oatmeal, or a bowl of cereal at times as well. Often it was hash made with eggs and vegetables and toast. This is when I was living with just my 2 kids. No starbucks.. no milkshakes, no chips, no fries.

Lots of water, herbal tea, a colon cleanse a few times a week, a water pill here or there.. depending if there was bloating.

What I have against me now: I have 7 people in this family. I am STILL nursing Ember.. so the milk production is still in process.

There ARE cookies and chips all around me. ... I will have to be strong!

I am not really depressed.. depression always makes me LOSE weight! Interesting huh?

Ok, this is it people! I will check back in a few days and let you know how I am doing.

I want to go from a size 12 to a size 8. I am going to do it in 3 months.
and I am going to be happy with the results. By the way, I am 5'6 I think I am probably like 167 lbs right now and a size 12.. read below....

Here is something ya'll might find interesting!

You want to know whats wierd! The average woman's size in america right now is a size 14. Most of my adult life before I was divorced, I was a size 16. So, in a way, I am still doing better than I have most of my whole adult and adolescent life.

But still, I had 3 years of being a size 8.. who can forget that! Once you have that joy of success, you want it again! It FEELS better than that chocolatey Hostess Cupcake that is OH soooo GOOD! But oh sooo fleeting!

Join me on a 3 size adventure!

What Size is the "Average" Woman?
By LB Lacey
The average American woman is 5'4", weighs 140 lbs, and wears a size 14 dress. The "ideal" woman--portrayed by models, Miss America, Barbie dolls, and screen actresses--is 5'7", weighs 100 lbs, and wears a size 8.One-third of all American women wear a size 16 or larger.

75% of American women are dissatisfied with their appearance.

50% of American women are on a diet at any one time.

Between 90% and 99% of reducing diets fail to produce permanent weight loss.

Two-thirds of dieters regain the weight within one year. Virtually all regain it within five years.

The diet industry (diet foods, diet programs, diet drugs, etc.) takes in over $40 billion each year, and is still growing.Quick-weight-loss schemes are among the most common consumer frauds, and diet programs have the highest customer dissatisfaction of any service industry.

A recent survey found only 30 percent of 250 randomly chosen women age 21 to 35 had normal bone mass--the researchers concluded women are so afraid eating dairy products will make them gain weight that they are starving themselves into osteoporosis.

Young girls are more afraid of becoming fat than they are of nuclear war, cancer, or losing their parents.

50% of 9-year-old girls and 80% of 10-year-old girls have dieted.

90% of high school junior and senior women diet regularly, even though only between 10% and 15% are over the weight recommended by the standard height-weight charts.

1% of teenage girls, and 5% of college-age women become anorexic or bulimic. Anorexia has the highest mortality rate (up to 20%) of any psychiatric diagnosis.

Girls develop eating and self-image problems before drug or alcohol problems; there are drug and alcohol programs in almost every school, but no eating disorder programs.

HOLY CRAP!

Many blessings... I'll keep you updated.

Inspiration:
Inspiration refers to an unconscious burst of creativity in a literary, musical, or other artistic endeavour. Literally, the word means "breathed upon," and it has its origins in both Hellenism and Hebraism. Homer and Hesiod believed that inspiration derived from Gods such as the oracle of Delphi. Similarly, in the Ancient Norse religions, inspiration derives from the Gods. Inspiration is also a divine matter in Hebrew poetics. In the Book of Amos the prophet speaks of being overwhelmed by God's voice and compelled to speak. In Christianity, inspiration is a gift of the Holy Spirit.

In the 18th century John Locke proposed a model of the human mind in which ideas associate or resonate with one another in the mind. In the 19th century, Romantic poets such as Coleridge and Shelley believed that inspiration came to a poet because the poet was attuned to the (divine or mystical) "winds" and because the soul of the poet was able to receive such visions. In the early 20th century, Sigmund Freud located inspiration in the inner psyche of the artist. Carl Gustav Jung's theory of inspiration suggests that an artist is one who was attuned to racial memory, which encoded the archetypes of the human mind.

Joie de vivre (from the French joie, "joy"; de, "of"; vivre, "to live, living"; "the joy of living") is a term sometimes imported into English to express a cheerful enjoyment of life; an exultation of spirit. Joie de vivre
"can be a joy of conversation, joy of eating, joy of anything one might do¡ And joie de vivre may be seen as a joy of everything, a comprehensive joy, a philosophy of life, a Weltanschauung. Robert's Dictionnaire says joie is sentiment exaltant ressenti par toute la conscience, that is, involves one's whole being."[1]In English common usage, the phrase is sometimes corrupted to joie de vie. [2] This would translate to "joy of life" or "zest for life," rather than the more affirmative "joy of living."

Lets define Personal Power as the ability to change the direction of your life.

A simple example of exercising personal power is changing habits. Changing a habit could be giving up smoking, implementing an exercise routine, or controlling an emotional reaction to a person at work. How quickly and efficiently someone changes a behavior pattern is one way to measure their personal power.
Some people might think personal power and self discipline are the same, but there are some differences to consider.
Desire is a key factor to consider when looking at the ability to change a failure habit into a success pattern. The stronger the desire the faster the change will occur. A person who comes face to face with serious health consequences if they don¡¯t give up smoking is highly motivated. With the desire to live, they can overcome a lack of self discipline and access personal power they didn¡¯t know they had. What we may think of as a lack of personal power or self discipline might just be a lack of real desire. We can tap into reserves of personal power by getting in touch with the power of our authentic desire.

( WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT OUT OF LIFE?!)

Personal Power Mojo:
Ok, So we have all this stuff above right.. We have wants and desires, we have the zest for life, we have sexual prowess and power, we have INSPIRATION and strength. This is how happiness comes together. We get it in spurts and then the human mind seems to want to take over and remind us that there are negatives that seem to take over ALL of that positive stuff.
Have you ever noticed when you are on a personal high and feeling damn good, you happen walk into a room with a bunch of really unhappy people, you CRASH down from that high. Negative energy and emotions are HEAVY.. and it is like a weight dragging us down from a fragile spiritual high.

Why is it that the precious moments in our lives are sooo fleeting?! I am stumped there as well, but I have dedicated my ife to helping myself and others keep that spiritual high. When you have that joie de vivre, that zest for life, That MOJO.. you can CREATE! You can Manifest anything.. so the longer we keep that high going the better!

Mojo.. is all you need to accomplish ANYTHING in this life or any life for that matter.
If you need it, I can help you get it.. help you keep it, help you strive forward with love, belief in yourself.. belief in the positive flow of the universe.

There are ways to protect yourself from Other OPD (Other People's Drama~)There are psychic protection exercises, ways to block stinky energy and having the belief that everything in your life revolves around you!

YES! If you think this way, it will actually help you to perform you self inflicted tasks. Like ya know.. taking care of kids.. running a company... Governing a Country.. yadda yadda..

Selfishness:
selfish definition self¡¤ish (sel¡äfis̸h)
adjective
too much concerned with one's own welfare or interests and having little or no concern for others; self-centeredshowing or prompted by self-interest

LOL! It's ALL GOOD!

There once was a Pastor who entered his donkey in a race. The donkey won by a mile!

The Pastor was so pleased with the donkey that he entered it in the race again and it won again.

The local paper read:

PASTOR'S ASS OUT FRONT.

The Bishop was so upset with this kind of publicity that he ordered the Pastornot to enter the donkeyin another race.

The next day the local paper headline read:

BISHOP SCRATCHES PASTOR'S ASS.

This was too much for the Bishop so he ordered the Pastor to get rid of the donkey.
The Pastor decided to give it to a Nun in a nearby convent.

The local paper, hearing of the news, posted the following headline the next day:

NUN HAS BEST ASS IN TOWN.

The Bishop fainted.
He informed the Nun that she would have to get rid of the donkey so she sold itto a farmer for $10.

The next day the paper read:

NUN SELLS ASS FOR $10.

This was too much for the Bishop so he ordered the Nun to buy back the donkey and lead it to the plains where it could run wild.

The next day the headlines read:

NUN ANNOUNCES HER ASS IS WILD AND FREE.

The Bishop was buried the next day.

The moral of the story is . .

... being concerned about public opinion can bring you much grief and misery . .

even shorten your life.

So be yourself and enjoy life.

Stop worrying about everyone else's ass and you'll be a lot happier and live longer!
